Jonathan Rubinstein

Jonathan J. Rubinstein has served as a Member of the Board of Directors at QUALCOMM Incorporated since May 2013.

Jon was Senior Vice President of Product Innovation for the Personal Systems Group of the Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) from July 2011 to January 2012 and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Palm Global Business Unit of HP from July 2010 to July 2011.
