Julian Dyer

Julian learnt how to cook under the tutelage of a French chef in Bordeaux before returning to London to work at top restaurants, as well as run his own restaurant. He has also catered for many prestigious corporate and private events. It was at one of these events that Pots & Co was conceived. The dinner guests were so enchanted by Julian’s raspberry cassonade with a caramelised pistachio crust that they suggested he started a business of making amazing puddings. Pots & Co was born.
