Kailas Nair

Kailas Nair manages the North American insurance vertical for the Vitality Group. He has overall responsibility to deliver Vitality’s IP and technology to its North American insurance partners, and owns the P&L for this vertical. Prior, Kailas led International Strategy for the Vitality Group, which included identifying attractive markets and insurance partners for its global expansion, and designing the commercial and operating model to enable this growth. He joined Discovery in 2012, as an Executive Associate to the Discovery founder and CEO – Adrian Gore. In this role, he delivered on CEO-sponsored projects, developed the investor results presentation and roadshows, and led cross-business unit strategies across Discovery.
