Karel Vuong

Karel is the Co-Founder of Treasure, a community-driven gaming ecosystem building the next gaming and entertainment powerhouse. Since launching in September 2021, Treasure has become home to over 15+ games and hundreds of thousands of players to emerge as one the leading web3 gaming ecosystems. Some of Treasure's games include: The Beacon, Kaiju Cards, Mighty Action Heroes, Zeeverse, Kuroro Beasts, and Knights of the Ether.

Karel was previously a Senior Associate and Chief of Staff at Sagard and Portage wearing many hats and working closely with Paul Desmarais III on special projects and across communications, investor relations, fundraising, operations, and more. Before Sagard, was the first employee at Diagram to launch a $30M venture builder and served as a founding member of initial two portfolio companies, Dialogue (IPO - TSX:CARE; later acquired by Sun Life) and Collage (acquired by People Corporation).

Started career in product management and software engineering at various startups and tech companies in Toronto, Waterloo, and the San Francisco Bay Area.
