Kathy Crawford

Kathy is a 30 year veteran of the local broadcast business. She started her career in the TV rep business before moving to the station side at WTTG in Washington. After a seven year stint in Los Angeles with Western International Media as a broadcast supervisor, Kathy returned to sales at TeleRep and Petry TV. In 1987, she rejoined Western and founded its Direct Response division.

In 1998 Kathy became EVP, Director of Local Broadcast for Western International (now Initiative Media) where in 2001 she earned the Media All Star award for Spot Television. In 2003 she was named President of Local Broadcast at MindShare, a position she held through 2008. Kathy was named a Media Maven in 2003.
