Kevin Kai

Kevin Kai is an experienced investment and financial consultant who provides professional services to high tech companies and family offices in Asia.

Acting as director of Eternal Union International Limited since early 2010, Kevin has focused on global investment opportunities related to upstream and downstream integration and strategic expansion within the PC and mobile phone industries, as well as wealth management activities seeking long-term stable returns. Kevin has led and closed six transactions exceeding $250 million.

Prior to joining Eternal Union, Kevin served as director of Private Equity Investment at Citigroup Hong Kong. From 2000 to 2010, Kevin represented Citigroup’s private equity investment efforts, CVCI Growth Fund I and II, in the Greater China region to make large-size investments ranging from $50 million or above.

Kevin closed nine investments in a total amount exceeding $300 million and completed four exits, which generated an average IRR in excess of 25% from 2002 to 2009. Kevin has developed solid financial skills by working in various financial hubs including UFJ Bank Limited New York and CIBC World Markets Taiwan.

He graduated from Rutgers University with an MBA in Finance and International Business and holds a bachelor's of science in International Trade from National Taiwan University.
