Kevin M. McNamara

Kevin’s financial expertise and professional career are critical to Tyson Foods’ board, audit committee and compensation committee.

He is the founding principal of McNamara Family Ventures, a family investment office providing venture and growth capital to health care companies. Since early 2013 he has also served as an operating partner in Health Evolution Partners, a private equity firm focused on healthcare; and has served as chairman of Agilum Healthcare Intelligence since November 2011. Since 2007 has served as a director of Luminex Corp.

Kevin previously served as the vice chairman of Leon Medical Centers, a healthcare provider for Medicare patients, but he continues to serve on the Leon Medical Centers board of directors. From 2005 to 2009 he was executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of HealthSpring, Inc., a managed care company.
