Kevin Richardson

Kevin Richardson serves as president of Ryerson’s South-East region, which includes locations throughout the United States. He also has management responsibility for the Sunbelt/Turret companies and Acofran in Brazil.

Kevin started his metals career at Ryerson in 1985 as an inside sales representative in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He then moved to Youngstown and Cleveland where he held a series of commercial and sales management roles before being named the general manager of Ryerson Charlotte in 1995. In 2000, Kevin was named the vice president of the company’s Carolinas division, later assuming responsibility for Ryerson’s locations throughout the northeast and Florida. He was named to his current position as the president of the South-East region in October 2007.

Kevin received a bachelor's degree in business management and economics from North Carolina State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University.
