Lance L. Hirt

Lance L. Hirt became a director in 2007 and is currently the compensation committee chairman. Mr. Hirt is a partner at Lindsay Goldberg.

Prior to joining Lindsay Goldberg in 2003, Mr. Hirt was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley where he spent nine years in the mergers and acquisitions department. Mr. Hirt began his career practicing law at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and was subsequently a management consultant at Touche Ross & Co.

He currently serves as a Director of PL Olefins LLC, Brock Holdings, Inc., PL Propylene LLC, RECON Holdings III Inc., Scandza AS, PSC, LLC, Trygg Pharma Holding AS and Panadero Aggregates Holdings, LLC. He also serves as a Trustee of Yeshiva University in New York City.

Mr. Hirt received his M.B.A. and J.D. from Harvard University and graduated from Yeshiva College with a B.A. in economics.
