Laura Fulton

Laura C. Fulton has served as a director of TRC since February 26, 2013. Prior to AEI, Ms. Fulton spent 12 years with Lyondell Chemical Company in various capacities, including as general auditor responsible for internal audit and the Sarbanes-Oxley certification process, and as the assistant controller. Prior to that she spent 11 years with Deloitte & Touche in public accounting, with a focus on audit and assurance.
