Leopold Beaulieu

Léopold Beaulieu is CEO Fondaction Development Fund of delaConfédération National Trade Unions (CSN) for cooperation and employment, since its founding in 1996. After holding the Presidency of the Union office workers laSSQ-lifeAnd have advocated the CSN in the region of Quebec and the Trade Federation which he was vice-president, Léopold Beaulieu became the first Director General of the Caisse economy workers in Quebec City in 1971. He later was elected to the executive of the Confederation of syndicatsnationaux where, for 20 years, until February 1996, he served as treasurer. As part of his duties, Léopold Beaulieu represented both at CSN international and national levels, including as a delegate to the Confederation World of Labour (WCL) and as a member of the national board del'Institut Productivity and Cooperative Development Corporation (SDC). It was also member of the Executive and Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Corporation
