Lorraine Murphy

Lorraine joined NAB in March 2016 and leads the People Division, bringing more than 20 years’ global HR executive experience, across multiple industries and organisations.

During the course of her career, Lorraine has had extensive experience in delivering cultural change that underpins business strategy. This has included working as Vice President Human Resources at Campbell’s in the US and Australia and most recently, as Chief People Officer with Air New Zealand.

Her international career in human resource leadership as well as transformation also includes senior human resources roles with Lion Nathan Australia, the Australian Gas Light Company, and global chemical company ICI.

Lorraine has a Bachelor of Education degree from La Trobe University in Melbourne and an MBA from Monash University in Melbourne.
