In the past year alone, Louis was directly involved in the sale of over 2000 patents, returning tens of millions of dollars to the patent owners, while conducting several IP strategies, freedom to operate (FTO) and IP landscape studies for various clients. Founder and principal of THE POINT LAW GROUP, PLLC, a boutique law firm where Louis advises technology and e-commerce companies with an emphasis on business and intellectual property related counseling & transactions.
