Luke Sands joined ReDoc in 2001, and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer. He leads a highly experienced sales team and is charged with all sales and communications, affording ReDoc a long and successful track record of providing software solutions to hospitals and private clinics.

Luke is a trusted partner to national hospital chains and large outpatient therapy clinics including national players such as HCA, CHS, HMA, Mayo and others. Through his efforts, ReDoc has consistently enjoyed double digit growth, and in some years growth has exceeded 40 percent.

Luke has also created the value proposition and detailed ROI process that demonstrates the success of transforming an industry from pen and paper to electronic solutions.

This type of collaborative problem solving between the prospect and the software developers highlights Luke's ability to engineer and envision new opportunities for operational excellence.

Previously, Luke worked in Nashville's music industry as an independent producer, engineer and musician. His experience as a music producer translates into his current work as he assembles team members and enables them to work and create to the best of their abilities.

Luke earned a B.A. in English and Environmental and Religious Studies from University of California in Santa Barbara.
