Mara Utzurrum

Mara has more than 15+ years of extensive strategy & finance experience across the JG Summit Group.

She started her career in JG’s management training program where she focused on strategic finance projects for the Land and Retail businesses. Mara moved on to take care of route planning and revenue management for Cebu Pacific, the leading airline in the country.

She transitioned to strategy & finance roles within JG Summit and its companies, focusing on corporate finance, capital markets, M&A, business development, and investor relations, becoming Director of Investor Relations in 2013. In 2017, she was appointed CFO for Danone Universal Robina Beverages (JV between Danone and URC) and had a brief stint as the Head of Investor Relations & Compliance Officer for Eagle Cement.

Mara graduated cum laude with BBA in Business Administration at Siliman University and completed her MS in Finance at the University of the Philippines - Diliman.

Fun Fact: While Mara’s a driven and inspired professional, she's a self-proclaimed homebody. Cooking and binging movies & series at home brings her a lot of joy.
