Mark Dolfato

Mark is a Managing Director in the New York office of OMERS Private Equity, having joined shortly after the office opened in 2009. Mark is primarily focused on new investments in the industrial sector, and he has been actively involved in Private Equity’s platform investments in United States Infrastructure Corporation, Great Expressions Dental Centers and National Veterinary Associates. Mark was also actively involved on the board of Husky Injection Molding Systems.

Mark has over 15 years of private equity experience, the majority of which was spent with Code Hennessy & Simmons, where he was involved with investments in the industrial and consumer sectors, and served on the boards of the Hillman Companies, Otis Spunkmeyer, Precise Technology and Home Acres Building Supply.

Mark has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
