Mauricio Monroy is the Director of Sales and Account Management of Latin America at EquiSoft since March 2015. Mauricio cumulates over 15 years of experience in the IT business involving multiple industries including and not limited to oil & gas, energy, aerospace, software, financial services and insurance. Mauricio's professional career has been developed in the Latin and North American regions. Mauricio has a solid background in software development, IT solution integration, business process improvement, project management and client relationships. Mauricio joined EquiSoft in 2014 and is currently responsible for establishing new business opportunities in the Latin American market.

Mauricio is a Software Engineer graduate from La Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia). Mauricio also holds an MBA degree from the HEC Montreal and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
