Melanie Dyer

Melanie joined SoftBank Capital in 2000 and has over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, investor relations and operations. Melanie is responsible for the financial oversight of SoftBank's venture funds including the accounting, investor reporting and cash management functions for SoftBank's partnerships and related entities.

In previous positions with SoftBank, Melanie has been responsible for the accounting and reporting of SoftBank Group's international subsidiaries and has assisted in the development of its foreign investment partnership structures.

Prior to joining SoftBank, Melanie began her finance career with Arthur Andersen LLP where she spent four years in the audit practice.

Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science, with honors, from Boston College's Wallace E. Carroll School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.
