Michael A. Creel

Mr. Creel was elected Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Enterprise Products Holdings LLC (“Enterprise GP”), the current general partner of EPD and the former general partner of Enterprise GP Holdings L.P. (“EPE”), upon the consummation of the merger of EPE with a subsidiary of EPD in November 2010 and served as President from November 2010 until February 2013. He served as a Director of Enterprise Products GP, LLC (“EPGP”, the previous general partner of EPD) from February 2006 to November 2010 and President and Chief Executive Officer of EPGP from August 2007 to November 2010. Mr. Creel served as Chief Financial Officer of EPGP from June 2000 to August 2007, and as an Executive Vice President of EPGP from January 2001 to August 2007. Mr. Creel, a Certified Public Accountant, also served as a Senior Vice President of EPGP from November 1999 to January 2001.

Mr. Creel previously served as a director of Enterprise GP from October 2009 to May 2010 and as a director of DEP Holdings, LLC (“DEP GP”), the general partner of Duncan Energy Partners L.P., from October 2009 to May 2010. He previously served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Enterprise GP from August 2005 through August 2007. From October 2006 to August 2007, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DEP GP.
