Michael oversees Instarem's core Operations and Compliance globally. His key responsibilities are global expansion of the firm, working with local regulators in each jurisdiction, and building teams and offices in local markets. Prior to co-founding Instarem, Michael has worked for over 10 years in the OTC derivative and equities markets. He has regulatory and operational knowledge across the globe; Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, United States, and United Kingdom. Further to his regulatory experience, Michael has regulatory approval to act as a Key Person in multiple jurisdictions. Michael holds a degree in Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Monmouth University.
