Michael A. Brochu, also known as Mike, serves as an Independent Director of HopTo Inc. since April 20, 2012. He has been an Independent Director of Hipcricket, Inc. since June 17, 2013. He has been a Director of OnHealth Network Co. since April 1997, Loudeye Corp. since December 2003, Zotec Partners, LLC, and Captura Software, Inc. since October 2000. He serves as a Director of Centro, Inc. He serves as a Director of GraphOn Corporation; Allrecipes.com, Inc.; and Washington Software Alliance. Brochu serves on the Boards of the WSA, The Vines of Mendoza, Centro Digital Media, and several public and private technology companies. He also sits on the Advisory Boards for two venture capital firms including Voyager Capital. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Global Market Insite, Inc. From November 1997 to November 2004, he served as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Primus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. from 1999 to 2004. He transformed Primus Knowledge Solutions from a small private business with a single product into a publicly traded company with a market-leading software suite, a European presence, and a worldwide customer base. Brochu helped in facilitating the November 2004 acquisition of Primus by Art Technology Group (ATG). Prior thereto, from October 1995 to October 1997, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Sierra On-Line Inc. (alternate name Sierra Entertainment, Inc.) and Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President from July 1994 to October 1997. He served as a Senior Vice President of CUC International, Inc. since July 1996. He served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of 2 Order, Inc. and Imparto Software, Corp. From November 1998 to November 2004, Brochu served as the Chairman of Primus. He served as Executive Chairman of OnHealth Network Company since 1997. He served as a Director of Integrated Systems, Inc. since April 1998. He served as a Director of Primus Knowledge Solutions Inc. since November 1997; Art Technology Group Inc. from November 2004 to January 5, 2011 and EmPhysisMed.com. He was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000. Brochu received his B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso.
