He was cofounder and president of Argus Information & Advisory Services, an information services firm that serves the banking industry. At Argus, Michael managed key partners, including credit bureaus and media measurement organizations. He provided strategic advisory services to a majority of the largest US banks and UK financial institutions.

Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
