Michael J. Fedida

Michael J. Fedida has served for the past 30 years as an officer and director of several retail pharmacies, wholly or partially owned by him. Mr. Fedida served on the Board of Directors of Circa Pharmaceuticals, Inc, from 1988 to 1995, at which time Circa was acquired by Watson Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Fedida was a director of Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company, from April 2004 to February 21, 2008. Bradley Pharmaceuticals was sold to Nycomed, a privately held pharmaceutical company, on February 21, 2008.

Mr. Fedida has served as an outside director at Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc from July 1995 to present. He is currently serving on the Regulatory Compliance Committee and the Compensation Committee at Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He is a graduate of Queens College where he received a bachelor's degree.

He is a graduate of the Brooklyn College of Pharmacy where he received a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and received a Master's degree in Drug Information and Communication from Long Island University
