Mike Bowlin

Mr. Bowlin served as Chairman of Atlantic Richfield Company (“ARCO”) from 1995 until his retirement in April 2000 and as its Chief Executive Officer from July 1994 until his retirement. From 1992 until his election to Chief Executive Officer of ARCO in 1994, Mr. Bowlin served as Executive Vice President and then as President and Chief Operating Officer of ARCO. Mr. Bowlin served as Senior Vice President and President of ARCO International Oil and Gas Company from 1986 to 1992. Mr. Bowlin joined ARCO in 1969 and became President of ARCO Coal Company in 1985. In addition to serving on our Board, Mr. Bowlin serves on the Board of Directors of Edwards Lifesciences Corporation, a public company. Mr. Bowlin is a former director of the University of North Texas Foundation, Inc.
