Monica Kashyap is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a very diverse experience across all facets of Finance covering Accounting & Controllership, Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis & Reporting, Cost Management & Pricing, Audits and Internal Controls. She has over 24+ years of experience in diverse industries and areas within Finance. Monica is Quatrro’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for leading Business and Corporate Finance.

Monica is a key member of the Quatrro management team has been associated with the shared services and outsourcing business in India for over 17 years, with emphasis on the outsourcing of functional areas within Finance. Over the years, Monica has assisted multiple clients with transitioning of processes from various geographies to the Shared Services Center at Quatrro.

Monica has been associated with the shared services and outsourcing business in India for over 16 years, with emphasis on the outsourcing of functional areas within Finance. In her last role with Wipro BPO (erstwhile Spectramind), Monica founded and led the Finance practice that involved creating detailed solutions, transition plans and operating models for clients. The role included carrying out diagnostic studies, establishing a shared services organization, standardizing and improving existing processes, establishing internal controls compliant with SOX and other regulations, conducting detailed performance based analysis and benchmarking of existing operations.

Prior to her role as F&A Practice Head, Monica set up the Business Planning and Financial Analysis function for Spectramind and played an instrumental role in company strategic planning, business performance analysis, new business pricing, budgeting and forecasting activities.

Prior to her assignment with Wipro Spectramind, Monica worked with American Express and was responsible for financial modeling and financial projections. At Arthur Andersen, Monica was a senior consultant and advised clients on entry strategy into India, long term tax strategy and offshore structuring from a control, tax and investment perspective.
