Monica Woo brings a successful track record in driving the profitable growth of e-commerce brands in U.S. and Latin America, as well as transforming mature, global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands for growth.

As president of the flagship consumer floral division of 1-800Flowers.com, Ms. Woo delivered record revenue and profit growth.

She successfully created and launched Citigroup’s first online bank, as well as Deutsche Bank’s LATAM’s first online retail investment bank, based in Brazil. The business was sold for $200 million to Banco do Brasil.

Ms. Woo was the senior vice president, marketing director of Europe at Diageo PLC, where she lived and worked throughout Europe. Before joining Mozido LLC, she served as chief marketing and strategy officer at FreshDirect Holdings, and more recently as the CMO of the Sears Brand.

Ms. Woo is a global executive who has lived and worked on four different continents.
