Moti has over 10 exciting years of experience in software engineering, architecture and management.

Before joining ­­­­­Select Media, Moti had the pleasure of working for Enterprise and Start-up companies including Comverse, Nice Systems, HIRO-Media and NCR. In all of these companies he took significant management roles and had huge influence on the R&D divisions.

Moti has excellent interpersonal skills which he combines with a unique unconventional management style and Agile development methodologies. He has extensive knowledge of various technological solutions including Cloud Services, Performance Analysis and Real-Time data.

Moti holds a Computer Science BSc degree (Cum Laude).
