Nancy Reardon

With over 25 years of results-driven leadership at Aetna, Nancy Reardon brings excellence to the Maestro team as our Chief Product Officer. Heading product development and innovation, Nancy’s strategic vision is expanding Maestro’s spectrum of employee benefits management solutions. Beginning her career with Aetna as a Benefits Analyst, Nancy’s multi-disciplined strengths contributed to her growth into executive leadership roles within the company. Working closely with Aetna CEO, Ron Williams, Nancy served as Deputy Chief of Staff for 5 years, ensuring successful delivery of critical company initiatives. In 2013, Nancy was recruited by Aetna’s Specialty Business President to assume the Head of Strategy role, where she drove business planning, operational planning and collaboration. Establishing and managing the company’s Private Exchange, Nancy’s work helped Aetna competitively respond to the rapidly changing marketplace. Nancy joined the Maestro team in January of 2015.
