Nick Franklin

Nick Franklin is our Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations. In this role, he is responsible for our architecture, marketing and communications, market research, design studios, sustainability, and national contracts functions. In addition, he leads our Los Angeles and Ventura County homebuilding division.

Franklin brings a wealth of strategic insight, operations expertise and business acumen. Prior to joining KB Home, Franklin served as Executive Vice President, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Worldwide, where he headed customer experience, innovation and new technology within the Parks & Resorts division. During his 18-year career at Disney, he held a range of leadership roles across the organization in operations, real estate development, global business and corporate strategy. Prior to Disney, Franklin worked as a management consultant and investment banker.

Franklin holds an A.B. degree in Politics from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
