Nithya Das

Nithya serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Olo (NYSE: OLO), an enterprise SaaS solution for the restaurant industry. After leading the company's IPO as their first ever Chief Legal Officer, she moved into the COO role overseeing Olo's Strategy and Operations, Legal, People and Culture, Corp Dev, Partner Ecosystem and Tech teams. Nithya also serves as a primary point of contact to the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee, Audit Committee, and Nom and Corp Gov Committee. She spent 7.5 years leading efforts to grow and scale the company from start-up to well run global enterprise, building a diverse, inclusive culture of 1000+ employees and executing on strategic initiatives including IPO prep, M&A, Commercial and Bus Dev, and International Expansion which contributed to growing revenue from $25mm to >$350mm.
