Olivier Bossard

Member of the Management Board since April 25, 2013.

Olivier Bossard joined Unibail’s Office Division in 1998 as Portfolio Manager, then became Head of Asset Management (2003) and Deputy General Manager of the Office Division (2005).

He was involved in the Unibail-Rodamco merger as Executive Vice President in charge of Unibail Development and Strategy (2006). He later became Managing Director of the Office Division (2007) and Managing Director of Development (2010). He became member of the Management Board and Chief Development Officer on April 25, 2013. Before joining Unibail, Olivier Bossard spent 2 years at Paribas as a Portfolio Manager.

Prior to that, he worked for 7 years at COGEDIM (French developer) as Project Manager. He holds a degree in architecture from Ecole des Beaux-Arts, Paris, and a degree in History. He also holds a Master’s degree in city planning and urbanism from Sciences Po Paris. Born in 1964, Olivier Bossard is a French national.
