Padma Subramanian

Padma is an Entrepreneurial executive with over 25 years in the industry leading Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Architecture and Development for various organizations notably Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft and multiple startups. Padma ran a GTM advisory for startups working. As part of the program worked with startups advising them on organizational models, Product and Business model strategies, Go To Market and Sales methodologies, finally connecting them with customers and partners. More recently she worked with Vue.ai leading their sales organization and helping them expand successfully into the US and Europe geographies. Padma has been an entrepreneur from the age of 16 when she helped her father build a successful business in India and working in the family business while finishing up her Bachelors in Engineering. Padma has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business
