Paolo Gualdani

Paolo is CEO of Angel Capital Management S.p.A. (ACM), an Italian family office with its headquarters in Milano. ACM invests globally across multiple asset classes including VC, PE and equity capital markets. Prior to being appointed as CEO, Paolo has lead for over 10 years the direct investment division of the family office, which mainly focuses on providing growth capital to consumer-tech/lifestyle businesses. Most recently, Paolo has lead ACM’s investments in the Princi/SBUX JV where ACM was originator and strategic co-investor, and in a number of fast growing consumer tech companies such as Deliveroo, FabFitFun, Zilingo, Rockets Of Awesome and Brightloom. Paolo is also general partner at Milano Investment Partners, an Italian VC fund focusing on consumer/lifestyle scale-ups across Europe, Middle East and Asia. He previously worked in the asset management industry and in the consulting business with a focus on financial advisory, M&A and corporate restructuring. He was formerly Adjunct Professor of Accounting & Financial Statement Analysis at Luigi Bocconi University. He earned a Master of Science in Business Administration with honors from L. Bocconi University (Milan). He was visiting student at L. N. Stern School of Business (New York University) where he earned a place on the Dean's Honor Roll, and completed post-graduate programs at Wharton Business School and at Columbia Business School. He is member of the Bocconi Outstanding Scholars Society.
