Mr. Coletta is a leader with over 25 years of experience building consumer lifestyle brands and high performing teams across a wide range of retail and consumer packaged goods industries.

Paul’s background in the food and beverage industry includes serving as the Chief Marketing Officer for Jamba Juice, Pinkberry, and POM Wonderful. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with The Walt Disney Company, Viacom and Hewlett-Packard.

Paul is on the Board of Directors for Equator Coffee. He is an advisory board member at UC Davis where he is currently working with students, faculty and industry partners to reduce food waste.
