Pavel Khristolyubov

Pavel Khristolyubov served as a COO of Tinkoff Bank from 2019 to 2022, overseeing the scaling of the operations on the customer base from 7m to 22m active clients, working on all major operational processes of the largest and first profitable digital-only bank. His responsibilities also included extending engineering and product teams to support a growing portfolio of products and redesigning processes to manage the efficiency of the organization.

Before Tinkoff he had 15 years career from engineering roles to COO in a software development company Luxoft (NYSE:LXFT) where he was a part of the executive team supporting the company’s growth from a subsidiary of a local systems integrator to a global player with 20,000 engineers working across 20 geographies. He also managed the M&A integration process for all company acquisitions and participated in the eventual merger of Luxoft with DXC Technology (NYSE:DXC) in 2018.
