I am not afraid to try & fail (fast) , learn & gain experience & trust. I rarely do what I am told or expected to do but I deliver what is needed because anticipating customer and team real needs is where I stand out. Am not afraid to bypass the org chart, recognize and hijack required talent from other teams just to create something unique and beautiful. Something that everybody falls in love with. And I do not take credit for any of that ...
