Pete Maulik

Pete Maulik is Managing Partner and Chief Growth Officer at Fahrenheit 212, where he is responsible for driving growth of the firm through strategic planning, establishing client relationships, cultivating business development and forging strategic partnerships.

With over 20 years spent working with Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms on a wide range of growth projects, Pete knows what it takes to create real innovation for companies and drive change in the marketplace.

In 2005, Pete helped launch Fahrenheit 212, the first privately-held innovation consultancy built on a performance-based compensation model. Since then, he has helped the firm execute more than 200 projects spanning industry sectors and develop a host of innovations that are in various stages of commercialization. He has held several key roles as part of the senior management team during his tenure at the firm. Most recently, he served as Chief Strategy Officer where he led the development of all innovation strategies and managed the firm’s implementation efforts.

Pete is committed to driving innovation across the corporate landscape and is a well-respected thought leader. He is a frequent keynote speaker on innovation, recently speaking at conferences including the Chief Innovation Officer’s Summit, American Express Luxury Conference, and Ivy League MBA Innovation Summit. He is also active lecturer at business schools ranging from Harvard, Columbia, Stanford, and Wharton as well as within the investment community. His thought leadership and work have been featured in publications including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Private Equity International, and Inc.

Pete holds an undergraduate degree with honors from Harvard University, where he was a John Harvard Scholar and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He sits on the Board of Columbia Business School’s Eugene Lang Center Of Entrepreneurship and is an active investor with various private equity-backed companies.

He resides in New York City with his wife and two daughters and spends his time regaling them with stories of his ever-improving glory days as a college football player.
