Pradeep has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance. He began his career at Ingersoll Rand, where he worked for 14 years and became the only Indian Channel Partner. Post this, he founded the Horizon Group in 2000. and worked tirelessly to establish a strong leadership for the company, so that it could run independently.
