Priya’s most recent position was with the regional divisions of MICROS systems where as a part of her role spanning 7 years she worked extensively with Opera Enterprise Systems and handled product support, interfacing and testing. Prior to her stint with MICROS Fidelio, she worked with Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces where she managed the Central Systems for the group and her specialty was in customer relationship management, and reservation management with a focus on conceptualization, enhancement and integration of business processes and related IT applications.
