Rain Rannu has been a long-time serial entrepreneur in the mobile payments space ever since founding his first company back in 2000. In 2007 he founded Fortumo, the fast-growing mobile payments service for digital and virtual content now available in more than 80 countries. They have recently raised funding from Intel Capital and Greycroft Partners, and are employing more than 60 people in Estonia, Beijing and San Francisco. Rain Rannu has also been an active member in the Estonian startup scene as a founder of Garage48, among other things.
