Ravi Thakran

Ravinder Singh Thakran, also known as Ravi, serves as a Managing Partner, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of L Capital Asia, L.L.C. Thakran serves as the President of Sephora. He has been the Group President of South Asia, South East Asia and Middle East at LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton since September 3, 2007. He is the Head of LVMH Asia Pacific. He is the leader for investments in emerging markets. Previously, he served as an Executive at Swatch Group AG, Nike Inc., and Tata Sons Limited. He joined the Tata Group in 1989. He serves as the Chairman of LVMH Southeast Asia and Middle East. He serves as a Director of Groupe Arnault SAS. He has been a Director of Cinemax India Limited since January 30, 2013. He served as a Non-Executive & Non Independent Director of PVR Limited from October 8, 2012 to July 24, 2015. Thakran holds a Masters in Science and Masters in Business Administration from IIM Ahmadabad.
