During his career, Richard was named to the prestigious list of the Top 25 Consultants in the World by Consulting Magazine, became the US. Senior Fulbright Scholar in Information Sciences from the U.S. State Department, was the Senior Advisor for Technology Strategy to the World Bank, was the Innovation Advisor to the Chairman of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and is the first Executive-Scholar- In-Residence at Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School.
