Richard Seet

Mr. Richard X. Seet has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RXS Enterprises since October 2007. Mr. Seet co-founded Amity Entertainment Inc. in 2005 and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2007. He is a media industry entrepreneur. He served as the Founder of Seet Kummerfeld Prieb and served as its Chairman from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Seet co-founded Qiosk.com in 1999 and served as its President until 2002. He built in partnership with Angelo, Gordon & Co. He began his career as a principal with The Carlyle Group from 1995 to 1999 and as Faculty Research Associate at the Harvard Business School from 1994 to 1995. He has been a Director of Mojo Organics, Inc. since May 9, 2012. He served as a Director of Amity Entertainment, Inc. He received his Bachelor's of Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his doctoral education in molecular genetics at Harvard University where he was a Baxter Fellow.
