Prior to co-founding MQ110, Richard spent 14 years in sales and sales management at Cisco Systems where he set sales records as both an account manager and as a sales leader in both direct and channel sales management. He brings with him his experience leading high performance cross-functional teams and establishing mutually successful partnerships with resellers.
Richard received his BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University and his MBA from Northwestern University and York University with the inaugural class of the joint Kellogg-Schulich program.
