Richard Zolezzi

A graduate of Stanford University and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Zolezzi began his career in 1981 as a corporate attorney at Rogers & Wells in New York and later joined Lillick & Charles as a partner in 1991. In 1996, he left the firm to join SPL WorldGroup, an international software company where he held roles as chief strategy and legal officer and ultimately CEO before sale of the company to Oracle. In 2008, Zolezzi joined investment bank Catapult Advisors as a partner, a position he held for five years. Most recently he was a partner at Polsinelli, an AM Law 100 firm, and headed the firm’s corporate and finance group in Northern California. He became Odaseva’s CLO in March 2019.
