Patrick's experience as a Naval Aviator combined with his Six Sigma certification helped build the foundation of leadership and execution abilities necessary to drive Genesis’ near-prime and non-prime credit and lending programs. Layered upon this foundation of skills are years of professional experience. Prior to joining Genesis, Patrick acted as COO of Toyota F.S.B., overseeing credit card, mortgage, consumer and commercial lending operations. As Capital One’s Vice President of Customer Management, Patrick led portfolio segmentation, channel management, production and fulfillment for U.S. Card programs.
