Ronen Tal-Botzer

Dr. Ronen Tal-Botzer possesses a vast experience in business, technology and pedagogy. Since 2009, Ronen has led a successful Artificial Intelligence consulting and development company. He is an experienced entrepreneur, a leading Data Science expert and a renowned speaker in the field of Machine Learning. Dr. Tal-Botzer has also been a lecturer of Computer Science for the past 16 years at Bar-Ilan University. In addition, he is the Director of the International Program in Genomics and Biomedical Informatics, given jointly by Bar-Ilan University and the Sheba Medical Center.

Ronen graduated Summa cum Laude with a double major B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and Biology from Bar-Ilan University. He later pursued a direct Ph.D. track in Artificial Intelligence, where he received the President’s scholarship and the Chancellor's Prize for Excellence in Research. In 2007, Ronen was chosen by the World’s Life Sciences Forum as one of the 100 promising PhDs. Prior to that, Ronen served in the Central Technology Unit of the IDF Intelligence Corps.
