He has extensive relationships with private equity funds, family offices and very high net worth individuals (VHNWs) and has overseen investments in a number of highly successful companies. As an investor relations adviser, he worked on over 50 M&A and IPO transactions including the demerger of Schroders PLC and the IPO of Alliance & Leicester PLC. As a corporate finance advisor, he has conducted over 20 disposals and 20 funding rounds. As CEO of D5 Capital he has raised finance for a number of technology & media companies in Europe & Israel.
