Russ McMahen joined Neos Therapeutics as V.P. Research & Development in 1996.Russ McMahen has 25 years of industry experience specializing in solids, liquids and suspensions. Mr. McMahen oversees the development of new products and technology. He is the co-inventor of DTRS®, RDIM™, DVR™, DKP™, DPD™ and SLIC™ delivery technologies. At Neos, Mr. McMahen has held various positions including Vice President, Research & Development, Executive Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Scientific Affairs.
Prior to joining Neos, Mr. McMahen served at Zenith/Goldline Laboratories which was subsequently acquired by Ivax Pharmaceuticals.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
