Mr. Agarwal has more than 12 years of experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions & corporate finance in India & the GCC. Mr. Agarwal represents Evolvence on investment committees of several private equity funds and also on the Board of several portfolio companies. Mr. Agarwal holds a master's in business administration degree from SP Jain Center of Management, Singapore. Mr. Agarwal is also a CFA charter holder.
